December Farmers Markets

Happy December! 

Here are the market dates for this month: Saturday, December 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th from 9am-1pm.

Here's what you can find at the Farm Stand this weekend: Fennel, Roselle Pods, Carrots, Turnips, Radishes (red, black, and watermelon), Bok Choy, Kale, Swiss Chard, Mustard Greens, Collard Greens, Tokyo Bekana, Cone Cabbage, Napa Cabbage, Arugula, Salad Mix, Tatsoi, Parsley, Cilantro, Dill, Oregano, and Tarragon.

Crop of the Month: Carrots

Sweet and crunchy carrots are one of our favorite crops on the farm. We might be biased, but we think they have unparalleled flavor to the carrots you can find at the grocery store! We have multiple successions planted which should give us plenty of carrots to harvest throughout the season. Here are some recipes to lend culinary inspiration:
