Summer Hours for the Harvest Green Farmers Market are from 9am - 12pm every Saturday, dates for this month include : July 4th, 11th, 18th, and 25th Tomatoes are now in limited supply - we are currently selling cherry and slicing tomato varieties. New Flock's First Eggs
July 4th, 2026 This week our new flock of chickens surprised us with the first batch of eggs! These young hens are still maturing so the size of their eggs is quite small, as several can fit in the palm of a hand. The summer season is also a time of slower egg production as chickens redirect their energy from egg laying to cooling off their bodies. We are excited to introduce eggs into the Vegetable Share later this year - so stay tuned for updates as egg size and production

La Tomatina Padre this Saturday
June 18th, 2026 Calling all Harvest Green residents to celebrate dad this Saturday at Village Farm by joining our annual La Tomatina Padre tomato throw! Enjoy lite bites catered with fresh veggies from the farm, while the kids cool off on a giant water slide! Each year La Tomatina Padre also marks the near end of tomato season on the farm, so be sure to stop by the Farmers Market on Saturday morning to pick up fresh cherry, roma, or slicing tomatoes! Flower Patch U-Pick this Saturday
June 11th, 2026 Join us in the flower patch this Saturday from 10am - 12pm for our U-pick flower event! Each participant will receive a bag to fill with flower stems, as pictured below, and will have an opportunity to arrange bouquets at the end with Farmer Alyssa! Pruners will be provided for harvesting and the flower bag is fitted with cloth and water to keep stems fresh. This will mark our last flower event of the season, so don't miss out! Bulk Tomato Boxes For Sale
June 4th, 2026 We have reached peak tomato season this week and are now offering bulk tomato boxes at the Harvest Green Farmers Market! These boxes are filled with 15lbs of roma or slicing tomatoes that come ripe and ready to use. This box is perfect to make sauce, salsa, and simply freeze or can whole tomatoes to enjoy year round! Farm Tour this Saturday

Harvesting New Veggies
